2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed in the roamr. web store by consumers. By placing an order you accept these terms.

3. Products and prices

We describe the product as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour between photos and the real product are possible. Prices are in euro and are final prices: there are no extra costs at checkout. Shipping within the EU is free. Obvious errors in prices do not bind us.

4. Ordering and payment

You order by clicking “Buy now” and completing the checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, using the payment methods shown there. The contract is concluded as soon as your payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation by email.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give at checkout, in the EU. Your order ships within and delivery takes . If we cannot deliver within 30 days after your order, you may cancel the order and we refund the amount paid without delay. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you designate) receive the product.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to days. How to return, who pays the return costs and how refunds work is explained on Shipping & returns, including the model withdrawal form.

7. Legal warranty

You have a legal warranty of 2 years from delivery for defects that existed at the time of delivery. Please report a defect as soon as possible, and in any case within 2 months after you discover it. We will then repair or replace the product, or refund it if that is not possible.

8. Safe use

Use roamr according to the quick guide. roamr is a plug adapter and charger, not a voltage converter: only connect devices that accept the local mains voltage. Do not use the product if it is damaged or wet.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use, by not following the instructions, or by connecting devices that are not suitable for the local voltage. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, such as liability for defective products or for intent or gross negligence.

10. Complaints

Have a complaint? Email us at . We reply within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot reach a solution together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be).

11. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Disputes are brought before the competent court as determined by law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on the date of your order.
