Shipping

• We ship to all EU countries. Shipping is free.
• Your order leaves our warehouse within after payment.
• Delivery takes in total. You receive a tracking link by email.
• Not received your order within the expected time? Email and we’ll sort it out.

Returns ( days)

Changed your mind? You can return your roamr within days after delivery, without giving a reason. This includes your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, and we extend it voluntarily.

1. Email with your order email and the message that you want to return the product (or use the form below).
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Send the product back within 14 days after your message, well packed and complete (with the spare fuse).

Return costs: you pay the cost of sending the product back, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. In that case we cover the return costs.

Refund: we refund the full amount you paid, including any original delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

Condition: you may handle the product the way you would in a shop to check it. If its value drops because you used it more than that, we may deduct that loss in value.

Defective product?

You have a legal warranty of 2 years from delivery. Contact us at with a short description and a photo or video. We repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
